The Queensland College of Wine Tourism (QCWT) provides specialist education and a state-of-the-art training facilities in wine tourism for secondary, TAFE and university students in a real industry setting at Stanthorpe. The Banca Ridge Cellar Door and Bistro provides a la carte luncheon dining from Tuesday to Sunday during the hours of 10am and 3pm. The bistro provides a daily lunch menu prepared and served by hospitality students under industry supervision. Open to the public, guests can enjoy fine dining in front the double-sided open fire place or dine on the deck overlooking the vineyard and lake. Visitors can also browse in the Interpretive Gallery and learn about the Queensland wine industry through static and dynamic displays or book a tour of the College. |
