Founded by winemaker Kevin McCarthy who produces wine inspired by the cool, maritime climate that ripens grapes to beautiful, intense flavours. The cellar door, tasting and educational area is sited in the original apple cool store. It is a rustic, ambient area with a diverse range of premium wines showcased on their wall of wine.

La Baracca Trattoria embodies the delightfully chic rustic feel of T'Gallant. The menu is Italian farmhouse cuisine using seasonal Victorian produce. The established gardens include artichokes, herb gardens, and seasonal flowers.
